The appeal of a historic house full of memories
In a unique lakeside setting in Verbania, with the enchanting backdrop of lake and mountains, Villa Rusconi-Clerici organises unique and charming receptions.
A banquet in the pavilion, an unusually graceful iron structure late 19th century greenhouse. Thanks to its modular structure, the pavilion has a capacity of 150, 225, 300 or 375 square metres and a seating capacity ranging from 50 to 400 guests.
An intimate candle-lit dinner in the dining room, warmed by an open fire. A sumptuous belle époque setting, miraculously unchanged since the 19th century.
Open-air buffet in the rose garden on Lake Maggiore or in the shade of age-old magnolias, with a magnificent view of the Borromean Gulf and the surrounding mountains.
Dinner-dance under the arches of the “billiard hall” at the level of the old wine cellars. Antique statues, granite pillars and rocaille walls help to create an atmosphere reminiscent of an ancient nymphaeum in the garden entrance, which gives directly on to the great lawn sloping down to the lake.
The garden is large enough for a helicopter to land. The private jetty welcomes the guests arriving to the Villa by boat.
